We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to support our maritime engineering and consulting operations. This dual-role position will not only assist in managing complex marine infrastructure projects but also serve as the Office Manager for our Takoradi branch, overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising local staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills, capable of balancing technical project responsibilities with administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring maritime engineering projects.

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.

  • Manage the Takoradi office’s daily operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and administrative functions.

  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure quality and safety compliance.

  • Assist in procurement, vendor management, and logistics coordination for project needs.

  • Foster a positive and productive office environment aligned with company values.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the maritime or infrastructure sector.

  • Prior experience in office or operations management is highly desirable.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

  • Experience working in West Africa or similar environments is an advantage.
